Mantra
Our thoughts have so much to do with the way we interpret our lives. Since we solely experienced the world around us through experience as an infant, we developed cognitive thinking through others around us. So how do we know what thoughts are actually ours and which aren't? I'm not sure at the present moment. Perhaps on a later blog. However, I know with discipline and practice that we can decipher the difference between thoughts that work for us and those that don't. What we reap is what we sow. Sow is what we put out there, what we are planting. Reap is what grows and returns. We give love, and we shall receive love. Mantra helps keep our thoughts in line with what we want our results to be. So, to truly give love our thoughts and actions must be in unison.
